Step 1: Design and Specification

Every handbag starts with an idea. This could be a sketch on paper, a mood board, a reference image, or a detailed tech pack.

What happens at this stage:

  • The designer or brand founder creates a visual concept

  • Key details are defined: silhouette, size, materials, hardware, and features

  • A tech pack (or specification sheet) is prepared with all critical measurements

Step 4: Stitching and Assembly
